Account Deletion Request​

We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. If you’re sure about deleting your Cloopp account, we’re here to help you through the process. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding:

Account Deletion Process:

  1. Review Your Data: Before you proceed with deleting your account, take a moment to review your account settings, saved data, and any projects you may have. Deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all data associated with it.
  2. Backup Important Data: If you have any important data or information stored within your Cloopp account, we strongly recommend that you back up your files before initiating the deletion process. Once your account is deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
  3. Payment Information: If you have an active subscription or any outstanding payments, please make sure to cancel your subscription or settle any dues before proceeding with the account deletion. Account deletion will not cancel any ongoing subscriptions or clear outstanding payments.

  5. Initiating Deletion: To initiate the account deletion process, please log in to your Cloopp account and navigate to the “Account Settings” section. Within the account settings, you’ll find an option to request account deletion. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

Account Deletion Effects

  • Data Removal:All your personal information, project files, settings, and any other data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
  • Access Termination: You will no longer be able to access your Cloopp account or any of its features after the deletion process is complete.
  • Communication Cessation: You will be unsubscribed from all Cloopp communications, including newsletters and updates.

 

Important Note:

Please be aware that account deletion is a serious step, and once completed, it cannot be undone. If you’re unsure about deleting your account, we recommend considering alternative options such as pausing your account or contacting our support team for assistance.
